The #wildgeranium in my garden is alive with #buzzingbees. I'm so grateful I can wake in the morning and drink my coffee listening to their busyness. #geraniumessentialoil has been my oil of the month and I have been developing curious blends for hormonal balance, stress and anxiety and especially change as we experience one of the greatest cultural shifts of the century so far. Coffee in #nature this morning, listening to the #bees gently buzzing around my #wildgeranium and #nigella. Watching the migis as they hit the #sunlight, the #birds busying through the hedge and softly chirping in the distance. Feeling the #morningdew on my feet, the #trees are calm today. A very calm start to my busy Sunday. #natureissentient
