Sleeplessness

With anxiety can come the inability to sleep well. Prolonged sleeplessness (for more than two weeks) can begin to affect how we function in the world. We can become irritable, lack concentration and feel chronically fatigued.

There are aromatherapy oils that can address sleeplessness. The sleeplessness blend is gently massaged into the throat, chest, ribs and solar plexus as part of a bedtime routine. Additional advice on how to combat sleeplessness will also be included with the oil.
